Requirements

An application must be submitted for the consideration to the judging panel. All applications should consist of the following:

• Statements and supporting examples/case studies that specifically address the criteria. This section shall be no more than 1,000 words.
• A 200-word statement summarizing why the applicant would be a worthy recipient of the award.
• Names and contact details of two references who may be contacted to support the award application.
• Name and contact details for the person completing the application.

Applications may be downloaded as a pdf file from the web site (www.lvsuits.org). Applications must be received no later than midnight, February 8, 2008. Any applications received after midnight will be illegible.

For all categories, the qualifying project completion period is January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007.
